Eirik was born the 4.th of March 2009 in Grafton, New Souht Wales, Australia. Torgeir Vea, priest from The Norwgian Seamans Church in Sydney signed onboard Empire the 13.th of April, to perform the christening ceremony. The baptism was performed onboard Empire anchored in Clarece River, with saltwater in the font - and with family from Norway and Norwegian and Australian friends on deck.
Eirik ordered "full tank" before the ceremony. Torgeir Vea, priest from the Norwegian Seamans Church in Sydney, travelled to Yamba to perform the christening. Eirik's Godmother Janne treated the guests well.

Gingerlily.		 Tore - first time Grandfather. The Larsen cognac botle was emtied shortly after the 4.th of Match - and the refilled with saltwater from the Pacific Ocean.
This was first time that Torgeir Vea performed
the christening ceremony at a yacht.		 The proud parents.
Irene (Eirik's grandmother/Eivind's mother) reads out a poem, that was also read when the priests was baptised.

dekk...		 Janne came from Norway to represent herself and the other Norwegian godparents. Time for pictures...
From right: Bill (Bror's and Madeleine's son), Reese, Tore, Michael (Bror's neighbour), Bror and Eivind. Tore, Irene and Vigdis with "Rome" in the background - Rome, our friends Marg's and Ron's motorboat. Torgeir Vea and Eirik - Madeleine' and Bror's son Bill was also baptised in this font (some years ago!).
The star himself was totally exhausted after the ceremony. Australia hadn't been the same to us without Bror and Madeleine! Marg and Ron brougt their boat to the ceremony - with some of the guests onboard.
